N\u00ebse kjo politik\u00eb merr p\u00ebrkrahjen e shteteve an\u00ebtare, at\u00ebher\u00eb integrimi i shteteve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i llogaritsh\u00ebm n\u00eb caqe kohore t\u00eb kuptueshme prej institucioneve e shoq\u00ebrive. Efekti imediat \u00ebsht\u00eb se e t\u00ebra q\u00eb Borelli mund t\u2019u thot\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr integrime evropiane \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cshohim e b\u00ebjm\u00eb\u201d, di\u00e7ka q\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan kuptohet fare leht\u00eb si blerje, apo djerreje kohe.<\/p>\n
