Sipas Ministris\u00eb\u00a0 s\u00eb Financave, mbulimi i efekteve financiare t\u00eb shtes\u00ebs natyrale t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb pensionist\u00ebve ka nj\u00eb efekt financiar rreth 13 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (105 mln euro).<\/p>\n

Mbulimi i efekteve financiare t\u00eb skemave t\u00eb reja t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimeve, naft\u00ebtar\u00eb minator\u00eb t\u00eb cilat pas rishikimit parashikohet t\u00eb sjellin nj\u00eb efekt financiar te harmonizuar prej rreth 1.45 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sistemi do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb me t\u00eb ardhura mesatarisht nga 744-792 mij\u00eb persona q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar dhe p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb pensione publike, pensione suplementare si dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurash t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb parashikuara me ligje si dhe, vendime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta si dhe vendime kompensuese t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa numri mesatar i kontribuuesve n\u00eb skem\u00ebn e sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore parashikohet mbi 820 mij\u00eb persona me nj\u00eb rritje n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 4 % m\u00eb shum\u00eb se i pritshmi i vitit 2019.<\/p>\n

Shkalla e mbulimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pun\u00eb (kontribuues \/ popullsi n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune) parashikohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb mbi 43%.<\/p>\n

Pjesa e kontributeve t\u00eb sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore ndaj totalit t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb alokuara p\u00ebr skemat e sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb mesatarisht rreth 65.8 % t\u00eb totalit.<\/p>\n

Financimet e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr programin \u201cSigurimi shoq\u00ebror\u201d nga 35.2% n\u00eb vitin 2020, n\u00eb vitin 2021 p\u00ebrcaktohet t\u00eb jen\u00eb 31.1% e shpenzimeve me nj\u00eb reduktim prej rreth 2.8 miliard lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rritja e nivelit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimeve t\u00eb pensionist\u00ebve sipas rritjes s\u00eb indeksit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb konsumit dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb shport\u00ebn e pensionist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Rritja \u00ebsht\u00eb llogaritur me indeksin mesatar 2.5 % n\u00eb vit, duke filluar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1 prill t\u00eb \u00e7do viti, duke respektuar k\u00ebshtu edhe fondet e kontigjenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
