Prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kat\u00ebr muajsh, familjet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pages\u00ebn e qiras\u00eb nga shteti i sorollatin sa n\u00eb zyrat e Dogan\u00ebs n\u00eb ato t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e zakonshme.<\/p>\n<p>I ftuar n\u00eb studion e Opinionit, t\u00eb enjten q\u00eb shkoi, kryeministri Edi Rama sfidoi gazetar\u00ebt n\u00eb panel t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb sektor t\u00eb vet\u00ebm ku pun\u00ebt e shtetit jan\u00eb me keq sot se sa ishin n\u00eb momentin kur ai erdhi n\u00eb pushtet. Sfida q\u00eb mori mbrapsht ishte ajo e potureve q\u00eb ai vesh shpesh n\u00eb daljet publike. Por poturet e Ram\u00ebs jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e tij. Si rezultat k\u00ebt\u00eb vit qeveria mblodhi 100 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb ardhura nga taksa e dividendit. N\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb ishin k\u00ebto para, sot buxheti i shtetit do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar rrogat.<\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"pa_1x1_psbk_1572364574108\"><\/div>\n<p>Por t\u00eb ardhurat nga tatimi i dividendit jan\u00eb masa one-off, t\u00eb cilat sjellin para vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb dhe nuk kan\u00eb karakter t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Ato thjesht sa shtyjn\u00eb kriz\u00ebn p\u00ebr vitin tjet\u00ebr, kur situata buxhetore pritet edhe m\u00eb kritike.<\/p>\n<p>Ngadal\u00ebsimi i ekonomis\u00eb dhe privilegjet fiskale p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb ngushta kan\u00eb shteruar burimet e t\u00eb ardhurave p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shpenzimet e detyrueshme t\u00eb buxhetit r\u00ebndohen nga viti n\u00eb vit. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pagave dhe pensioneve, tani buxheti ka dhe nj\u00eb fatur\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb rritet n\u00eb progresion, at\u00eb t\u00eb koncesioneve. Vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm pagesa p\u00ebr koncesionet pritet t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb mbi 150 milion\u00eb euro sipas tabelave t\u00eb vet\u00eb qeveris\u00eb duke e shtr\u00ebnguar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb lakun e financave t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Por financat publike jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebri dimension i kriz\u00ebs. Situata \u00ebsht\u00eb kritike edhe n\u00eb kompanit\u00eb publike, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb sektorit energjetik. KESH, OST dhe OSHEE jan\u00eb zhytur n\u00eb nj\u00eb zinxhir borxhesh brenda nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebs, por edhe ndaj privat\u00ebve, i cili sa vjen dhe shtr\u00ebngohet duke u p\u00ebrplasur n\u00eb buxhetin e shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2013, kur sapo kishte ardhur n\u00eb pushtet, Rama akuzonte me t\u00eb madhe Berish\u00ebn se kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb pas tok\u00ebn e djegur dhe nj\u00eb mal me borxhe t\u00eb fshehura. Por, q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb gj\u00ebrat kan\u00eb shkuar edhe me keq.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Kontrollit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shtetit, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dy z\u00ebra; rimbursim taksash dhe pun\u00eb publike, borxhet e prapambetura t\u00eb shtetit kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb mbi 330 milion\u00eb euro. N\u00ebse llogariten edhe borxhet nga vendimet gjyq\u00ebsore apo z\u00ebrat e tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat qeveria nuk i raporton, at\u00ebher\u00eb borxhet e fshehura sot jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta se sa ato q\u00eb qeveria aktuale gjeti n\u00eb vitin 2013.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dy vitet e fundit, borxhet e fshehura t\u00eb buxhetit jan\u00eb rritur mesatarisht me 150 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit.
