Cakaj tha se mungesa e konsensusit nuk vjen prej dallimeve t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb dy vendeve , por nga vizionet e ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e BE.<\/p>\n

\u201cKy d\u00ebshtim, nuk vjen nga d\u00ebshtimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por shfaqet si pasoj\u00eb e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, e nj\u00eb rrethane kur BE \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb vetvetes. Presidenti Macron ka shqyrtim t\u00eb prer\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb BE pa reformim paraprak t\u00eb saj. Dy vendet u trajtuan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb identike, sepe dy vendet kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushtet.\u201d u shpreh Cakaj.<\/p>\n

\u201cFqinji yn\u00eb, ka ndryshuar edhe emrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur procesin e negociatave, sidoqoft\u00eb vendimi u shtye sepse nuk kishte lidhje me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut. Cakaj u ndal n\u00eb vendimit e komisionit n\u00eb qershor 2018, nd\u00ebrsa theksoi se vendimi p\u00ebr shtyrjen s\u00ebrish t\u00eb negociatave pasqyron nj\u00eb varg diverngjencash n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb qershor 2018 K\u00ebshilli iu p\u00ebrgjigj pozitivisht Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb plan vendimi konkret. Vet\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare autorizuan komisionin p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar p\u00ebrparimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Komisioni konfirmoi se Shqip\u00ebria ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00eb c\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur negociatat. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb c\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb brendshme K\u00ebshilli vendosi shtyrjen n\u00eb tetor, dhe n\u00eb tetor p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb nuk mor\u00ebm p\u00ebrgjigjen e merituar. N\u00ebse e ardhmja e BE \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje Shqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje. Kjo shtyrje pasqyron nj\u00eb varg diverngjencash n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb BE. Shtyrjen e dy vendeve p\u00ebr n\u00eb maj t\u00eb 2020 nuk duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb as si p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb aspirat\u00ebs, as si d\u00ebshtim, procesi i zgjerimit do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paralele me reformimin e brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n

Kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vones\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin e reformave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Do vijojm\u00eb me adresimin e c\u00ebshtejve q\u00eb jan\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet zyrtare t\u00eb Bundestagut.
