N\u00eb reagimin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb thuhet se DASH shpreson q\u00eb K\u00ebshilli Europian do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim pozitiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy vendet koh\u00eb p\u00ebrpara Samitit BE-Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor ver\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. Mes t\u00eb tjerash Ortagus thekson se nj\u00eb vendim pozitiv do t\u00eb riafirmonte besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre vendeve drejt integrimit.<\/p>\n
