N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e para 30 qershorit, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ende nuk kishte vdekur obsioni i p\u00ebrballjes flak\u00eb p\u00ebr flak\u00eb dhe dh\u00ebmb\u00eb p\u00ebr dh\u00ebmb\u00eb, slogani i saj ishte: \u201cnuk ka zgjidhje me Ram\u00ebn kryeminist\u00ebr, ajo kalon p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb qeverie tranzitore\u201d.<\/p>\n<div id=\"sovrn\" class=\"desktop_ad ad_bottom_space\"><ins><\/ins><\/p>\n<div id=\"onetag-wrapper-3\" class=\"sovrn-onetag-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Po t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet sot, t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto kushte t\u00eb pa negociueshme kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb. Askush nuk e p\u00ebrmend m\u00eb as largimin e Edi Ram\u00ebs dhe aq m\u00eb pak nj\u00eb qeveri teknike, tranzitore apo ekspert\u00ebsh, q\u00eb do t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb relativisht t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiste disa standarte, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme, por edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb ekuilibruar, p\u00ebr kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb madh pushtetesh, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm zgjedhor dhe p\u00ebr korigjime t\u00eb nevojshme kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me protestat, molotov\u00ebt, njollat e zeza mbi dritaren e Ram\u00ebs ka r\u00ebn\u00eb edhe mbrojtja e k\u00ebtyre parimeve. Tani slogani i ri i opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cZgjidhja jan\u00eb zgjedhjet e parakohshme\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por, ky ndryshim kursi i artikuluar nga disa prej udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve kryesor t\u00eb saj ka disa probleme serioze. \u00a0Dhe ato nuk q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb faktin se ikja e Ram\u00ebs nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb nj\u00eb kusht t\u00eb panegociuesh\u00ebm. Kjo t\u00ebrheqje q\u00eb edhe e vetme do t\u00eb mjaftonte p\u00ebr t\u00eb dekurajuar militant\u00ebt e PD dhe LSI, \u00ebsht\u00eb e keqja m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl. Sepse ajo pasohet automatikisht nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr: Duke u p\u00ebrballur n\u00eb zgjedhjet e parakohshme q\u00eb i sheh si \u201czgjidhjen e vetme\u201d me Ram\u00ebn kryeminist\u00ebr, opozita do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht me falangat e bandit\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, me grabit\u00ebsit e votave, me pushtetin e oligark\u00ebve q\u00eb rrjepin prej shtat\u00eb vitesh buxhetin e shtetit, me armiq\u00ebsin\u00eb e mediave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb autoporlant\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu mposhtja e Ram\u00ebs b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb mision pothuajse i pamundur edhe sikur 100 pal\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb ai vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe sikur t\u00eb imagjinosh q\u00eb kjo mrekulli ndodh, pra q\u00eb pesha e skandaleve, korruptimi deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb, d\u00ebshtimi me negociatat, zbrazja e buxhetit ,ta shk\u00ebrmoqin k\u00ebt\u00eb pushtet autoritar, ky do t\u00eb qe nj\u00eb rotacion q\u00eb nuk do ti duhej askujt.<\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><\/div>\n<p>Pra n\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb hipotetike, me zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme, do kishim nj\u00eb rokad\u00eb t\u00eb Lulit me Edin, ku lideri i ri, kushdo q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte, do t\u00eb kisht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte s\u00ebrish nat\u00ebn e fundit, listat personale t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve, pastaj t\u00eb zgjidhte pa pyetur ask\u00ebnd ish mantenutat e tij p\u00ebr ministre, pastaj t\u00eb ruante privilegjin kushtetues t\u00eb pothuajse pa rr\u00ebzueshm\u00ebris\u00eb nga kuvendi, pastaj ta kapte pushtetin deri n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb sa t\u00eb ndikonte mbi prokurorin\u00eb dhe gjykatat e reform\u00ebs s\u00eb re n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, ky lloj rrotacioni nuk i duhej askujt. Sepse ai nuk do t\u00eb pillte asnj\u00eb far\u00eb ndryshimi.<\/p>\n<p>Kur n\u00ebn ethet e rrevolucionit, n\u00ebn efektin e molotov\u00ebve dhe protestave t\u00eb vazhdueshme, opozita propozonte nj\u00eb qeveri tranzitore, me ca objektiva p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtruar shtratin e transformimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, ajo afroi me shpres\u00eb rreth vetes edhe njer\u00ebz dhe individualitete p\u00ebrtej elektoratit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb zakon\u00ebsh\u00ebm. Dhe ata u josh\u00ebn jo ngaq\u00eb donin Bash\u00ebn, Kryemadhin apo Berish\u00ebn, por sepse i grishte sfida e nj\u00eb ndryshimi sado t\u00eb vog\u00ebl.
