PD i k\u00ebrkon Prokuroris\u00eb hetimin ndaj k\u00ebtyre zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, pasi sipas saj, jan\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb aksionin policor t\u00eb dhunimit flagrant t\u00eb protestuesve, ndon\u00ebse k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit kishin k\u00ebrkuar leje p\u00ebr tubim paq\u00ebsor urgjent kund\u00ebr projektit korruptiv t\u00eb \u201cUnaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb padi, k\u00ebrkohet edhe pezullimi i ushtrimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs publike t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Akuzat n\u00eb padin\u00eb q\u00eb Partia Demokratike ka depozituar n\u00eb prokurori jan\u00eb: \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cKryerje e veprimeve arbitrare\u201d, \u201cMosmarrje e masave p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb gjendjen e paligjshme\u201d, \u201cPengim n\u00eb ushtrimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur, grumbulluar apo manifestuar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike n\u00eb kall\u00ebzimin e saj, duke evidentuar shkeljet e Policis\u00eb, pasi arrestoi banor\u00ebt e Unaz\u00ebs Re, punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb medias, duke fshir\u00eb \u00e7do filmim t\u00eb kryer nga punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb PD, thekson se t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme jan\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme dhe kriminale, si dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale, t\u00eb kryer nga punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, duke rrezikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb cenimin e parimeve themelore t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti demokratik.<\/p>\n

\u201cBanor\u00ebt e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re kan\u00eb zhvilluar protest\u00ebn e tyre paq\u00ebsore dhe pa asnj\u00eb akt dhune. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb protest\u00ebs, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm punonj\u00ebsish policia, disa prej tyre t\u00eb paidentifikuar dhe t\u00eb veshur civil, kan\u00eb filluar nj\u00eb aksion t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm policor, duke shoq\u00ebruar dhe m\u00eb pas arrestuar me dhjetra qytetar\u00eb. Disa prej qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr liria, rezulton se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb thjesht\u00eb kalimtar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn ku ishte zhvilluar protesta. Disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb proteste. Qytetar\u00ebt pa asnj\u00eb shkak jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar p\u00ebr n\u00eb ambientet e Komisariatit nr. 6 Tiran\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Qarkut Tiran\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb kallzim.<\/p>\n

Mes t\u00eb tjerave, n\u00eb padi theksohet fakti se punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, duke vepruar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin, jo vet\u00ebm kan\u00eb kryer veprime apo mosveprime t\u00eb paligjshme, q\u00eb kan\u00eb prekur interesat e shtetasve, por nga ana tjet\u00ebr, me veprimet e tyre arbitrare, kan\u00eb c\u00ebnuar lirin\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebve dhe kan\u00eb synuar t\u2019i intimidojn\u00eb dhe pengojn\u00eb n\u00eb ushtrimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre kushtetuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar, paq\u00ebsisht dhe pa arm\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, n\u00eb padin\u00eb e PD theksohet se liria e tubimit paq\u00ebsor dhe pa arm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e garantuar, p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb organet e pushtetit publik jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb liri por kan\u00eb dhe detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontibuar n\u00eb realizimin e saj.<\/p>\n

\u201cE drejta kushtetuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb tubuar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet demokratik, merr nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. E drejta p\u00ebr t\u2019u tubuar lirisht dhe pa ndonj\u00eb leje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e vlefshme si shenj\u00eb e liris\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetarit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm. Garantimi i liris\u00eb p\u00ebr aktivitetet politike n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb vendim, i cili shtrihet p\u00ebrtej mbrojtjes s\u00eb shpalosjes s\u00eb personalitetit nga nd\u00ebrhyrjet shtet\u00ebrore.
