Shemti me te madhe se kaq nuk mund te bente administrata e pushtetit vendor: leje ndertimi dhene subjektit privat restorant para sheshit te pallatit (mgjse na eshte shitur si pjese funksionale ne banoreve te saj).<\/p>\n

Leja e ndertimi referon shesh publik aksesin para hyrjes se objektit, gjasme per ndertim tende me siperf 120m2, por e sigurisht subjekti ka rrethuar 420m2 (nje teknalitet i vogel ky kush pyet per kaq pak!).<\/p>\n

Subjekti ngre skelat gjigande direkt 5 dite pas dhenies se lejes, firma e ndertimit qe na e ka fut sa krahu i ka dhene deklarate pelqimi, mgjse gjithe pallati eshte shitur 100% dhe konsenti duhet te ishte nga ne banoret e saj dhe jo nga ndertuesi qe i ka shitur dyqanin, por pune e madhe.<\/p>\n

Gjoben per administrimin e ambienteve te perbashketa e paguajme se konsiderohet se pallati eshte marre ne dorezim nga banoret, por ne kontekst te mos rregjistrimit te pallatit ndertuesi vijon ta quaje veten pronar per te ligjeruar abuzimin vandal te te gjitha paleve.<\/p>\n
