MASR penalizoi maturant\u00ebt e painformuar q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb, p\u00ebr rritjen e mesatares duke cenuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr arsim. Prej 13 vjet\u00ebsh rregullat e Matur\u00ebs Shtet\u00ebrore ndryshojn\u00eb sistematiksiht duke sjell\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebri dhe cenim t\u00eb merit\u00ebs dhe preferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr universitete\u201d,-thekson Q\u00ebndresa Qytetare. M\u00eb tej kjo e fundit b\u00ebn me dije se raundi i dyt\u00eb dhe i tret\u00eb nuk sjellin ndryshime numerike t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e deg\u00ebve t\u00eb studimit me student\u00eb t\u00eb rinj. \u201cK\u00ebto raunde i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer n\u00eb deg\u00eb studimi me preferenc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ata do t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb bosh pozicionet e tyre aktuale ku do t\u00eb \u00e7regjistrohen ose ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb tentuar t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb dhe e drejta e studimit nuk u \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mungesa e strategjis\u00eb<\/strong><br \/>\nQ\u00ebndresa Qytetare thekson faktin se Ministria e Arsimit dhe politikat qeveritare t\u00eb gabuara kan\u00eb prodhuar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb. \u201cPrej koh\u00ebs kur \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb reforma n\u00eb arsim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar asnj\u00eb strategji komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zhvillimin e programeve t\u00eb studimit dhe k\u00ebrkimit shkencor, ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar keq dhe parat\u00eb e universiteteve t\u00eb menaxhuara nga Bordet e Administrimit te qeveris\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr luks dhe jo p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkim shkencor. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr drejtuesit e universiteteve publike prej vitesh nuk aktivizojn\u00eb zyrat e tyre t\u00eb marketingut pavar\u00ebsisht se shpenzojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pagat e stafeve n\u00eb zyrat e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me publikun, lejojn\u00eb korrupsionin pedagog \u2013 student dhe format e tjera t\u00eb favorizimit dhe nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje n\u00eb vite p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrlidhjen e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs me programet e studimit\u201d,-thekson Q\u00ebndresa Qytetare. Sakaq, kreu i QQ, Rigels Xhemollari thekson se kjo situat\u00eb, ku arsimin vendas e rregullon tregu nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i pun\u00ebs dhe aksesi n\u00eb studime ndalohet me VKM p\u00ebrkon m\u00eb nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb komb\u00ebtare kund\u00ebr arsimit t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Shqip\u00ebria ka p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb me arsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Q\u00ebndresa Qytetare i b\u00ebn thirrje Ministres s\u00eb Arsimit dhe qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb shfuqizoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb kriterin e mesatares dhe t\u00eb nis\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb strategjie komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr arsimin e lart\u00eb. \u201cVKM p\u00ebr mesataren 6.5 dhe 7.5 kufizon aksesin e t\u00eb rinjve p\u00ebr arsim si asnj\u00eb vend europian sa i p\u00ebrket sistemit bachelor, duke i hapur dyert e universitetit nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kthej\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen tek nj\u00eb VKM e pazbatuar deri m\u00eb tani p\u00ebr kontrollin antiplagjiatur\u00eb dhe kontrollin e titujve akademik\u00eb, e cila do t\u00eb b\u00ebj t\u00eb mundur rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb arsim!
