Edhe nj\u00eb humbje e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb pesh\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb pasi sjell nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb mbajtjen n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb tensionit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ushqehuni Sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>ISHP rekomandon zbatimin e nj\u00eb regjimi t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm mesdhetar.<\/p>\n<p>Ky i fundit p\u00ebrqendrohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb ngr\u00ebnien e shum\u00eb perimeve dhe frutave.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ISHP k\u00ebshillon uljen e konsumit t\u00eb yndyrnave t\u00eb ngopura, mishit t\u00eb kuq \u00a0dhe karbohidrateve si makarona dhe buk\u00eb.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>M\u00eb pak krip\u00eb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>ISHP rekomandon q\u00eb t\u00eb hani jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1.500 mg n\u00eb dit\u00eb.
