Basha: Gati p\u00ebr dialog me Ram\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kryetari i Partis\u00eb Demokratike (PD) dhe i opozit\u00ebs jasht\u00eb parlamentare, Lulzim Basha, pas vendimit t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Bundestag-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e bisedimeve me Ram\u00ebn. P\u00ebr rreth 8 muaj Basha e ka kusht\u00ebzuar dialogun me largimin e Ram\u00ebs nga posti i kryeministrit tani vendos nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kusht: dialog me pranin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve. “Un\u00eb dhe PD jemi dakort p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces politik t\u00eb propozuar nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb t\u00eb japim kontributin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr daljen nga kriza. Pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka ulja n\u00eb nj\u00eb tryez\u00eb me apo pa Edi Ram\u00ebn\u201d deklaroi t\u00eb enjten n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje Basha n\u00eb nj\u00eb kanal televiziv t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Partia tjet\u00ebr opozitare, L\u00ebvizja Socialiste p\u00ebr Integrim, (LSI), aleate me PD, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dialog pa kushte me qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb “gjitha kushtet dhe detyrimet dhe hapur rrug\u00ebn integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n

Por t\u00eb dyja partit\u00eb, PD dhe LSI, me pesh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb opozit\u00ebn jasht\u00eb parlamentare, kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebndrim kur konsiderojn\u00eb “PO\u201dn\u00eb e kusht\u00ebzuar t\u00eb Bundestag-ut pasoj\u00eb t\u00eb “d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe hapave prapa q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria q\u00eb nga 2018\u201d .<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i till\u00eb p\u00ebrforcohet ngaq\u00eb Maqedonia e Veriut, ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria, mori mbr\u00ebm\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb vota nj\u00eb “PO” t\u00eb pakusht\u00ebzuar nga partit\u00eb politike parlamentare t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb. Kjo e b\u00ebn pa pengesa rrug\u00ebn e saj drejt nj\u00eb vendimi pozitiv t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Europian n\u00eb takimin e tij n\u00eb Bruksel, muajin e ardhsh\u00ebm m\u00eb 18 tetor, n\u00ebse kjo dat\u00eb mbetet e pandryshuar.<\/p>\n

Por gjasat jan\u00eb q\u00eb kjo dat\u00eb edhe mund t\u00eb shtyhet. Konferenca Nd\u00ebrqeveritare sh\u00ebnon fillimin zyrtar t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb pranimit. Plot\u00ebsimi i kushteve t\u00eb grupi t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb v\u00ebna Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga Gjermania, para k\u00ebsaj konference Nd\u00ebrqeveritare k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb. Por ajo duhet t\u00eb zhvillohet at\u00ebher\u00eb kur Qeveria Gjermane t\u00eb shoh\u00eb funksionimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb dhe marrjen e vendimit p\u00ebr kryerjen e Reform\u00ebs Zgjedhore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe pa ekuivoke deputet\u00ebt gjerman\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb kjo reform\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet “n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me rekomandimet e OSBE\/ ODIHR-it, t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb financim transparent t\u00eb partive dhe fushatave elektorale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb Komisionit ad hoc p\u00ebr reform\u00ebm zgjedhore\u201d. Shtyrja e takimit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Europian t\u00eb 18 tetorit, mund t’i jap\u00eb koh\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb dhe vendeve t\u00eb tjera an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE, pro hapjes s\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb pranimit p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, t\u00eb bindin Franc\u00ebn dhe Holland\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar skepticizimin e tyre e t’i bashkohen shumic\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim\u00a0 pozitiv.<\/p>\n
