Reforma n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi dhe ndryshimi i sistemit zgjedhor jan\u00eb dy an\u00ebt thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe demokracis\u00eb shqiptare, e cila tani dihet se aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb proces reformimi.<\/p>\n

Po procesi i reformimit?<\/p>\n

Procesin e reformimit n\u00eb institucionalizimin modern t\u00eb shtetit dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare, e ndihmoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme akti Merkel p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e negociatave me BE: shtat\u00eb kushtet e vendosura prej saj p\u00ebr t\u2019u zbatuar pas \u00e7eljes.T\u00eb shtat\u00eb kushtet jan\u00eb struktur\u00eb e re politike antikorrupsion.<\/p>\n

Basha shum\u00eb i trembur nga kushtet. Rama me shqet\u00ebsimin, t\u00eb cilin nuk e fsheh dot me g\u00ebzimin e rrem\u00eb q\u00eb shpreh.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb situata e ngarkuar me emocion frike, q\u00eb bllokoi sot tryez\u00ebn e reform\u00ebs zgjedhore.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb tregoi sot tryeza e mbledhur p\u00ebr Reform\u00ebn zgjedhore, e thirrur nga OSBE: as Rama dhe as Basha nuk e pranojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimin e sistemit zgjedhor. Sepse kan\u00eb frik\u00eb p\u00ebr veten. Asnj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk del dot deputet me nj\u00eb sistem mazhoritar: sepse nuk i do popilli individualisht.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, por sidomos politika amerikane, duhet ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se t\u00eb korruptuarit e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk e pranojn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb institucionale.<\/p>\n

Politika amerikan\u00eb tani e di mir\u00eb se k\u00ebta individ\u00eb q\u00eb luajn\u00eb p\u00ebr interesin e tyre vetjak, nuk kan\u00eb lidhje fare me interesin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Madje jan\u00eb n\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi t\u00eb hapur me interesin e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fakt kjo ka qen\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e err\u00ebt e historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. T\u00eb korruptuarit lider\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb lakej t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve pushtues territoresh shqiptare, sepse k\u00ebshtu, me an\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, k\u00ebta ose kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet, ose kan\u00eb mbajtur pushtetin.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00ebqind vjet, kan\u00eb tentuar ose nga Beogradi e Moska, ose nga Athina. Nj\u00eblloj si edhe sot. Dhe fatkeq\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e shqiptar\u00ebve gjithmon\u00eb ka qen\u00eb fakti i hidhur q\u00eb pushteti politik \u00ebsht\u00eb paguar nga fqinj\u00ebt kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Histori komb\u00ebtare e fshehur, aktivitet komb\u00ebtar i gjymtuar, shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe patriot\u00eb t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb vrar\u00eb nga pushtuesit me an\u00eb t\u00eb veglave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb pushtetet politik\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb: kjo ka qen\u00eb historia e trisht\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve pas vitit 1912. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb Interesave t\u00eb tyre: kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb historia nj\u00ebqindvje\u00e7are e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Ku konsiston sot si spikatje e prekshme q\u00ebllimi prish\u00ebs i Ram\u00ebs dhe Bash\u00ebs?<\/p>\n

Rama, Basha dhe i gjith\u00eb korrupsioni shtet\u00ebror shqiptar po ka tani q\u00ebllim deri n\u00eb tmerr p\u00ebr arritjen e dy aspekteve n\u00eb ndalimin reformues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare:<\/p>\n

Moslejimi i aplikimit t\u00eb Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi; dhe, moslejimi i ndryshimit t\u00eb sistemit zgjedhor n\u00eb mazhoritar apo n\u00eb proporcional me lista t\u00eb hapura.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebto momente dallon se antireforna po punon me KED dhe drejtuesin e saj, Gent Ibrahimi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar zvarritje dhe bllokime t\u00eb kota proceduriale p\u00ebr em\u00ebrimin e prokuror\u00ebve t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me. Gjith\u00e7ka ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me SPAK. Se k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb frika Rama-Basha. K\u00ebta po duan q\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb zvarriten emrimet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Posa\u00e7me dhe n\u00eb Byron\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Hetimit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsyre, politika amerikane q\u00eb kontrollon gjendjen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebmendshme me Ram\u00ebn dhe Ibrahimin, se po kuptohet q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb n\u00ebndheshme p\u00ebr zvarritjen e SPAK-ut.<\/p>\n
