Konkretisht, raporti thekson se p\u00ebr \u00e7do 100 vdekje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, 58, pra m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma shkaktohen nga s\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat b\u00ebhen edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb frikshme kur nga studimi i par\u00eb demografik sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor i kryer nga\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ishp.gov.al\/\">ISHP-ja<\/a>\u00a0evidentohet se 90% e meshkujve shqiptar\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga hipertensioni pa e ditur. Kjo e fundit lidhet me munges\u00ebn e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe kontrrolleve tek mjeku.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u00ebr jan\u00eb faktor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb hipertension, faktori genetik, ku kjo s\u00ebmundje mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e trash\u00ebgueshme, stresi dhe mbipesha, faktor q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb probleme me zemr\u00ebn dhe nxisin rritjen e nivelit t\u00eb tensionit n\u00eb gjak, si dhe m\u00ebnyra e keqe e t\u00eb ushqyerit, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb bazike p\u00ebr nivelin e tensionit n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ushqimet Q\u00eb E Rrisin M\u00eb Tep\u00ebr \u2013 Kujdesi Q\u00eb Duhet T\u00eb Tregoni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tensioni i lart\u00eb trajtohet me medikamente, por s\u00eb pari duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsoni p\u00ebr ushqimet q\u00eb e rrisin tensionin.
