M\u00eb tej, Bardhi thekson me nj\u00eb status n\u00eb \u201cFacebook\u201d se vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Janin\u00ebs konfirmon se Agim Kajmakut (alias Jorgo Toto), nuk i lejohej nga ligji i dekriminalizimit q\u00eb t\u00eb kandidonte p\u00ebr kryetar bashkie. Sipas Bardhit, kryebashkiaku i Vor\u00ebs Agim Kajmaku edhe pse e ka mbyllur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb Greqi ai tani duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me ligjin shqiptar pasi ka mashtruar qytetar\u00ebt e Vor\u00ebs dhe ka shkelur ligjin e dekriminalizimit.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Janin\u00ebs konfirmoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb denoncimet e Partis\u00eb Demokratike se Agim Kajmaku ishte n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga drejt\u00ebsia greke, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb Janar 2003 me emrin Jorgo Toto dhe ai e kishte fshehur k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt n\u00eb formularin e dekriminalizimit.<\/p>\n
