K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, edhe pse n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy vitesh, nuk i kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje organet hetimore p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme ligjore. Asnj\u00eb prej autor\u00ebve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb eksponent\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs socialiste, nuk u d\u00ebrguan p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb penale. Personat e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skem\u00eb kriminale g\u00ebzonin si imunitet politik ashtu edhe pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebri ligjore\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>thuhet n\u00eb raport.<\/p>\n

Sipas Met\u00ebs, publikimi i k\u00ebtyre skandaleve p\u00ebrforcoi pretendimet e opozit\u00ebs dhe denoncimet e hershme t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim mes mazhoranc\u00ebs socialiste me krimin e organizuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin p\u00ebrmes manipulimit t\u00eb votave.<\/p>\n

Meta thot\u00eb se Prokuroria reagoi pas publikimit t\u00eb skandaleve se kishte nisur hetimet mbi rrjedh\u00ebn e informacionit hetimore, \u201cnd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk dha asnj\u00eb sqarim mbi fatin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave hetimore t\u00eb dosjeve 184 dhe 339 n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb saj\u201d (raport\u00a0<\/a>fq 9-10-11)<\/p>\n

\u201cProtestat gjet\u00ebn mbulim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb mediatik komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb intensifikimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjes q\u00eb po shkonte drejt shp\u00ebrthimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti civil<\/em>\u201d, shton m\u00eb tej Meta.<\/p>\n
