Shqip\u00ebria renditet nd\u00ebr 10 vendet me hemorragjin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb arsimuar sipas UNESCO-s. Raporti i Monitorimit Global p\u00ebr Arsimin nga UNESCO p\u00ebr vitin 2019 i kushtoi v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb faktit se si po ndikon emigracioni n\u00eb sektorin e edukimit kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Studimi gjeti se, shkalla e emigrimit t\u00eb personave t\u00eb arsimuar \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi 20%, n\u00eb rreth nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e 174 vendeve. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, deri n\u00eb vitin 2010, kishin emigruar 26% t\u00eb personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb zhvilluara, raporton UNESCO.<\/p>\n<div id=\"sovrn\" class=\"desktop_ad ad_bottom_space\"><ins><\/p>\n<div id=\"beacon_70181deaf4\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ads.balkanweb.com\/www\/delivery\/lg.php?bannerid=0&amp;campaignid=0&amp;zoneid=426&amp;loc=https%3A%2F%2Fbalkanweb.com%2Funesco-shqiperia-me-emigracionin-me-te-larte-te-njerezve-te-arsimuar-ne-europe-konkurrojme-me-afriken%2F&amp;referer=https%3A%2F%2Fbalkanweb.com%2Fhoroskopi-per-diten-e-sotme-16-shtator-2019%2F&amp;cb=70181deaf4\" alt=\"\" width=\"0\" height=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<div class=\"sovrn-onetag-ad\"><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Sipas studimit, Shqip\u00ebria dhe Malta renditen me p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb emigrimit t\u00eb personave t\u00eb arsimuar, nd\u00ebrsa vendet e tjera t\u00eb prekura nga ky fenomen jan\u00eb kryesisht n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb, t\u00eb tilla si Eritrea, Grenada, Haiti, Sri Lanka etj. L\u00ebvizja n\u00eb k\u00ebto nivele do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja t\u00eb pafavorshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p>Ndihmat n\u00eb form\u00ebn e bursave nga donator\u00ebt p\u00ebr vendet e varfra, si edhe Shqip\u00ebria, mund ta p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb prirje, pasi student\u00ebt kan\u00eb prirje t\u00eb mos kthehen. UNESCO sugjeron se ndihmat e donator\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb fokusohen n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen me logjistik\u00eb dhe me fonde tek universitetet n\u00eb vendet e varfra. Vendet e varfra me emigracion t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb personave t\u00eb arsimuar vuajn\u00eb edhe nga keqp\u00ebrdorimi i fondeve publike p\u00ebr arsimin. Nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim i Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore zbuloi se rreth 18% e shpenzimeve publike t\u00eb arsimit universitar n\u00eb Afrik\u00ebn Sub-Sahariane shkuan p\u00ebr bursa studimi jasht\u00eb vendit gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2003-2008.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb OECD-s\u00eb, emigrimi i shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimuar n\u00eb vitin 2010 dhe 2011 \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me 223% krahasuar me vitin 2000 dhe 2001. Kjo rritje ishte m\u00eb e lart\u00eb se emigrimi p\u00ebr pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs me arsim t\u00eb mes\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.
