Kjo sepse Marksi kishte shpresa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn saq\u00eb ishte aq i zem\u00ebruar me pun\u00ebn e mjerueshme q\u00eb shumica e njer\u00ebzimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb p\u00ebrballonte. P\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur n\u00eb pun\u00eb, Marksi shkroi se pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt duhet \u2018t\u00eb shohin veten n\u00eb objektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb krijuar\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb saj, puna na ofron nj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mira brenda nesh (le t\u00eb themi krijimtarin\u00eb ton\u00eb, ashp\u00ebrsin\u00eb ton\u00eb, logjik\u00ebn ton\u00eb) dhe t\u2019i japim asaj nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb lloj objekti ose sh\u00ebrbimi t\u00eb pavarur prej nesh.<\/p>\n<p>Puna jon\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u2013 n\u00ebse gj\u00ebrat shkojn\u00eb si\u00e7 duhet \u2013 pak m\u00eb mir\u00eb se sa t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi \u00e7do dit\u00eb, sepse na lejon t\u00eb koncentrohemi dhe t\u00eb distilojm\u00eb pjes\u00ebt tona m\u00eb t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>Mendoni p\u00ebr personin q\u00eb e ka nd\u00ebrtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb karrige: \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, e fort\u00eb dhe elegante. Por ai gjithashtu vuri re se si n\u00eb bot\u00ebn moderne, pak vende pune kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb na lejuar t\u00eb shohim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e vetes n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e problemit me pun\u00ebn moderne \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr e specializuar. Dikush mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebrse njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb tituj kaq t\u00eb \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe kualifikimit: mund t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb specialist\u00eb t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb paketimit, oficer\u00eb p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e pijeve, teknik\u00eb t\u00eb higjien\u00ebs gastronomike dhe arkitekt\u00eb informativ\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto pun\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb trajnim p\u00ebr t\u2019u zot\u00ebruar, gje e cila e b\u00ebn ekonomin\u00eb moderne shum\u00eb efikase, por ne p\u00ebrfundojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb ku rrall\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb natyra e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e njeriut t\u00eb gjeje shprehje n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb po kryen \u00e7do dit\u00eb. N\u00eb syt\u00eb e Marksit, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne jemi universal p\u00ebrbrenda. Nuk kemi lindur p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb jet\u00eb, por t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm ekonomia q\u00eb \u2013 p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e veta t\u00eb lakmuara \u2013 na shtyn t\u00eb sakrifikojm\u00eb veten n\u00eb nj\u00eb disiplin\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, duke na b\u00ebr\u00eb (fjal\u00ebt e Marksit) \u201ct\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb varur\u201d dhe \u201ct\u00eb depresionuar shpirt\u00ebrisht dhe mend\u00ebrisht n\u00eb gjendjen e nj\u00eb makine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte n\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrimet e 1844-\u00ebs kur Marksi argumentoi fillimisht se puna moderne \u00e7on n\u00eb \u201dtjet\u00ebrsim\u201d \u2013 n\u00eb gjermanisht,\u00a0<em>Entfremdung<\/em>. Marks e dinte se ne jemi \u2018objekt p\u00ebrdorimi\u2019 i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, gjith\u00e7ka varet nga kostoja dhe nevoja.
