Pik\u00eb s\u00eb pari atje ku mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe e dyta atje ku ata besojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb ruhet p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen m\u00eb mir\u00eb.<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb themi q\u00eb po p\u00ebrballet me legjislacion t\u00eb ri, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrafrohet me at\u00eb t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. Sfida \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme: duhet q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aspektet me m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e asaj q\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb kontinent, madje ende pa u futur si struktur\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian. Gjithsesi, kjo nuk po pasqyrohet ashtu si duhet nga strukturat tona. Ministria jon\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjum\u00eb letargjik dhe nuk bie m\u00eb posht\u00eb ajo e Arsimit. Shqip\u00ebria nuk e ka shum\u00eb edukat\u00ebn e testamentit intelektual, pa\u00e7ka se sot gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ai po z\u00eb vend, porse ka ardhur koha q\u00eb vet\u00eb personalitetet t\u00eb bindur se stacionit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs nuk mund t\u2019i shmanget askush duhet q\u00eb vet\u00eb ata t\u2019i japin nj\u00eb lloj zgjidhje.<br \/>\nDeri m\u00eb tani \u00ebsht\u00eb e dhimbshme sesi k\u00ebto botime p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb.
