Ashtu si n\u00eb rastin e prefekt\u00ebve, edhe sot kur flitet p\u00ebr em\u00ebrimin e disa drejtor\u00ebve lokal\u00eb, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm publik q\u00eb t\u00eb na thot\u00eb se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb shkalla e p\u00ebrfitimit real nga kjo l\u00ebvizje, e cila n\u00eb terminologjin\u00eb e t\u00eb drejtave civile kategorizohet si \u201cdiskriminim pozitiv\u201d. Sepse p\u00ebrtej momentit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb simpatis\u00eb, tek \u00e7dokush q\u00eb e mendon pak m\u00eb thell\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb sheh e d\u00ebgjon, lind natyrsh\u00ebm pyetja n\u00eb dukje naive, por \u00e7armatos\u00ebse: pse duhet t\u00eb jesh grua q\u00eb t\u00eb jesh i aft\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb drejtor?! Pse u dashka t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet e gjith\u00eb kategoria mashkullore, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak se tradita na jep nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb burrash autoritar\u00eb, t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb paditur, q\u00eb kan\u00eb prer\u00eb majtas-djathtas, e q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rrush e kumbulla paret e shtetit?! A mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ky lloj p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsimi, standarti m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb i vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb personave q\u00eb duhen promovuar?<\/p>\n<p>Kemi pafund shembuj burrash dhe grash t\u00eb zot\u00ebt, si\u00e7 kemi nj\u00eb infinit shembujsh t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, kur kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pazot\u00ebt, servil\u00eb dhe t\u00eb anonim\u00eb t\u00eb dyja kategorit\u00eb bashk\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb bazohet tek merita, tek hierarkia e vlerave dhe jo t\u00eb \u201cfintat\u201d e driblimet e momentit (si kjo puna e pushimit kolektiv t\u00eb burrave nga puna), i ndan drejt\u00eb dhe si\u00e7 duhet postet dhe detyrat. P\u00ebrndryshe, nga aradha e gjat\u00eb e burrave \u201cbarkderra\u201d dhe t\u00eb korruptuar q\u00eb gjallojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha katet e shtetit, do t\u00eb biem n\u00eb bresh\u00ebrin e grave t\u00eb paditura, arrogante e servile t\u00eb shefave. Promovimet me lista jan\u00eb pun\u00eb boshe, si\u00e7 thon\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt.
