Infermier\u00ebt e p\u00ebrzgjedhur q\u00eb ishin rreth 20, n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb te vetme, do t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pun\u00ebn gjat\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs gjermane n\u00eb nivelin B1 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kundrejt nj\u00eb pages\u00eb mujore 400 euro.<\/p>\n

Pagesa do t\u00eb jepet si kompensimin p\u00ebr rrog\u00ebn q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit marrin n\u00eb QSUT n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs. M\u00eb par\u00eb ky stimul nuk mund\u00ebsohej pasi m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs vijonte teksa ata ishin n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Gjithashtu n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, punonj\u00ebsit gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Gjermani do t\u00eb paguhen me 1500 euro teksa do t\u2019iu kompensohet nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qiras\u00eb. Pasi t\u00eb jen\u00eb standardizuar njohurit\u00eb pagat do t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb 2000 eurot.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situat\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pavionet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb pediatris\u00eb ka munges\u00eb personeli me 30 p\u00ebr qind.
