Policia e Shtetit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me organet tatimore, ka ndjekur veprimtarin\u00eb e tatimpaguesit \u201cGen Klaudis ShA\u201d, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Masave kund\u00ebr Informalitetit dhe Evazionit Fiskal n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e Turizmit, Nd\u00ebrtimit, Hidrokarbureve, Tregtimit t\u00eb mallrave me akciz\u00eb, dhe ka ushtruar kontroll n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 07.08.2019.<\/p>\n

Nga kontrolli tatimor jan\u00eb gjetur pompa, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb ligjit, funksiononin n\u00eb regjim manual dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer bllokimi i tregtimit t\u00eb karburantit nga ky subjekt.<\/p>\n

Pas veprimeve t\u00eb saj hetimore, Policia e Shtetit i referoi n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit Paulin Gega.<\/p>\n
