N\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht tre shtetas, nj\u00ebri prej tyre me detyr\u00eb Drejtor n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Taksave dhe Tarifave Vendore n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Lezh\u00eb. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik e Financiar n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin me Task-Forc\u00ebn e ngritur nga Prefekti i Qarkut Durr\u00ebs dhe Policin\u00eb Bashkiake, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs duke monitoruar, kontrolluar dhe goditur informalitetin, proceduan penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasit: F.Q., A.K. dhe G.D., t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi nga kontrolli i ushtruar n\u00eb lagjen nr. 13, Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb plazhin publik, u konstatua se k\u00ebta shtetas kryenin aktivitetin e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme, si dhe t\u00eb papajisur me kas\u00eb fiskale.<\/p>\n

Po n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb operacionit u proceduan penalisht edhe shtetasit: Sh.T., P.Gj., banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe D.I., banues n\u00eb Shijak, pasi nga kontrolli i ushtruar, u konstatua se k\u00ebta shtetas kishin z\u00ebn\u00eb me \u00e7adra plazhi e shezlong\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike n\u00eb bregun e detit pa leje nga organet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Gjithashtu filloi procedimi penal p\u00ebr shtetasin L.D., banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, me detyr\u00eb Drejtor i Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Taksave dhe Tarifave Vendore n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, pasi nuk ka ushtruar kontroll ndaj aktivitetit t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur.<\/p>\n

Operacioni ka vijuar n\u00eb Sh\u00ebngjin, Lezh\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn bregdetare Tale. Gjat\u00eb operacionit u proceduan penalisht dy shtetas P. GJ. dhe D.D., t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin zaptuar hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn publike para lokaleve t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme duke vendosur shezlong\u00eb dhe \u00e7adra pa kontrat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi.<\/p>\n

Po gjat\u00eb operacionit u procedua penalisht shtetasi A.N., me detyr\u00eb Drejtor n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Taksave dhe Tarifave Vendore n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, pasi nuk kishte kryer kontroll, duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn. Materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb proceduar i kaluan Prokurorive respektive p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, \u201cMospagimi i taksave dhe tatimeve\u201d, dhe \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi detyr\u00ebs. Operacioni do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn bregdetare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve \u00e7do hap\u00ebsir\u00eb publike t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme, me q\u00ebllim fitimin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
