Natyrisht q\u00eb ky q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, por p\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj rrethane, shqiptari i sot\u00ebm gjen tek k\u00ebto vepra filmike t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs nj\u00eb cop\u00eb ende t\u00eb gjall\u00eb e vibrante t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb sotme.<\/p>\n<p>Shikoni sherrin p\u00ebr bashkin\u00eb e Devollit. Tet\u00eb dekada, ose dy regjime q\u00eb zgjat\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku nja 60 vjet, si dhe nj\u00eb sistem i vendosur pas vitit 1990, q\u00eb ka prodhuar nj\u00eb dyzin\u00eb qeverish e qindra krer\u00eb bashkiak\u00eb t\u00eb harruar nga koha. Ikin e vijn\u00eb fytyrat dhe emrat, mbeten aty prapambetja, paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur, dallaveret, tarafet, korrupsioni dhe provincializmi i shtetarit.<\/p>\n<p>Kur sheh ngjarje si kjo e Devollit, apo kur m\u00ebson se nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kryetare bashkie k\u00ebrkon komision nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar zyr\u00ebn (!), kupton se ana e err\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij populli, nyja e tij e madhe e pazgjidhur q\u00eb e ndan nga normaliteti demokratik, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb e pal\u00ebvizshme dhe p\u00ebrjetshme, q\u00eb riciklohet, shnd\u00ebrron form\u00eb, vishet her\u00eb me smoking e her\u00eb me xhinse, udh\u00ebton her\u00eb me makin\u00ebn butaforike t\u00eb Tefta Tashko Ko\u00e7os n\u00ebp\u00ebr baltrat e Myzeqes\u00eb, e her\u00eb n\u00eb avion\u00ebt supersonik\u00eb t\u00eb Rinasit. Po t\u00eb shohim 30 vjet\u00ebt e fundit, thuajse \u00e7do ver\u00eb kemi pasur drama t\u00eb ngjashme politike, t\u00eb yshtura nga interesat e pista t\u00eb partive dhe t\u00eb ushqyera me \u201cmish militant\u00ebsh\u201d. Parodia e shtetnd\u00ebrtimit vijon t\u00eb konsumohet si n\u00eb sheshin e p\u00ebrbaltur t\u00eb Lushnjes, ku kamarieri i shkret\u00eb me tabakan\u00eb e kafeve n\u00eb dor\u00eb, nuk di kujt t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb t\u00eb parit: kryetarit t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb, n\u00ebnprefektit apo shefit t\u00eb policis\u00eb.
