Por kam nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim, duhet q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pavarur nga politika. N\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavarur nga politika, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe njer\u00ebzit e rinj do t\u00eb bien pre e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si k\u00ebta sot. Un\u00eb mendoj se politika shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb pavarur. N\u00ebse partner\u00ebt e huaj v\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe krijojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb jasht\u00eb sistemit, k\u00ebtu besoj. Q\u00eb politika vet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrgjegjshme, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk mund ta besoj<\/em>\u201d, tha Fuga.<\/p>\n

Fuga theksoi m\u00eb tej se vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem politik q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb, ku 80 apo 85% e votuesve nuk shkojn\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cJemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem politik q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb. Kjo nuk mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. Nuk po them kush e ka fajin, por ky sistem me 80-85% t\u00eb votuese q\u00eb nuk vijn\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb. Un\u00eb nuk mendoj q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dat\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen edhe zgjedhje lokale dhe zgjedhje t\u00eb pushtetit qendror\u00eb sepse nuk do t\u00eb kishim diversitetin mes pushtetit lokal dhe atij qendror\u00eb. Nj\u00eb nga problemet q\u00eb un\u00eb kam ngritur \u00ebsht\u00eb: a kemi ne autonomi t\u00eb pushtetit vendor\u00eb? Un\u00eb nuk kam\u00eb par\u00eb autonomi. Nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdohet ashtu. Sistemi k\u00ebrkon zgjidhje, data q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Presidenti, di q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb institucionale, ku kriza ka kapur edhe organet qendrore sepse ka kapur parlamentin dhe pushtetin lokal. Ato ligje nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr arsye se parlamenti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb funksional<\/em>\u201d, u shpreh Fuga.<\/p>\n
