{"id":13983,"date":"2019-07-12T16:50:01","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T14:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redaktori.com\/?p=13983"},"modified":"2019-07-12T16:50:01","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T14:50:01","slug":"dilema-afatgjate-e-pd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redaktori.com\/?p=13983","title":{"rendered":"Dilema afatgjat\u00eb e PD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nga Eduard Zaloshnja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb projeksion q\u00eb i b\u00ebra votave, bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb sondazh q\u00eb zhvillova dit\u00ebt e para t\u00eb korrikut, rezultonte q\u00eb, n\u00ebse zhvillohen zgjedhje parlamentare sot, PS-ja dhe satelit\u00ebt e saj tradicional\u00eb (PSD+PDS+etj.) marrin gjithsej rreth 760 mij\u00eb vota, ose 22% t\u00eb votave t\u00eb 3.55 milion\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve n\u00eb lista.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, PD-ja dhe satelit\u00ebt e saj tradicional\u00eb (PR+PDIU+LZHK+PDK+PBDNJ+etj.) marrin gjithsej rreth 635 mij\u00eb vota, ose 18% t\u00eb votave t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve n\u00eb lista dhe LSI-ja merr rreth 85 mij\u00eb vota, ose 2% t\u00eb votave t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve n\u00eb lista.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe problemi elektoral afatgjat\u00eb i PD-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se PS-ja dhe satelit\u00ebt e saj, gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, jan\u00eb luhatur n\u00eb intervalin e ngusht\u00eb 22%-24% (shihni grafikun shoq\u00ebrues. Pra, si kur kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb edhe n\u00eb pushtet, pesha e tyre elektorale ka qen\u00eb pothuajse konstante.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa PD-ja dhe satelit\u00ebt e saj kan\u00eb patur nj\u00eb kurb\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebse. N\u00eb vitin 2009, pesha e tyre elektorale ishte 25% (jo t\u00eb gjitha ishin n\u00eb koalicion me PD-n\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb, si p.sh. LZHK, PDK e PBDNJ, por jan\u00eb tani). Parvjet zbriti n\u00eb 16% e tani ka arritur 18%.<\/p>\n<p>Po a do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbente PD-s\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion paraelektoral me LSI-n\u00eb p\u00ebr kaluar murin elektoral t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb dhe sateliteve t\u00eb saj?<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 duket qart\u00eb n\u00eb grafik, votat e LSI-s\u00eb kan\u00eb patur nj\u00eb mardh\u00ebnie t\u00eb tipit en\u00eb komunikuese me ato t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. Kur LSI-ja ngrihet, PD-ja ulet dhe anasjelltas.
