Shqip\u00ebria dhe shqiptar\u00ebt mbet\u00ebn thjesht ballkanik\u00eb, sikurse popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit edhe pse, bashk\u00eb me grek\u00ebt, jemi nd\u00ebr popujt m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr evropian\u00eb.\u00a0Nuk ka tjet\u00ebr si shpjegohet tranzicioni problematik i popullit shqiptar n\u00eb k\u00ebto tridhjet\u00eb vite, apo shtypja q\u00eb na u b\u00eb nga shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr 50 vjet apo koha e amullt tranzitore nga shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb e deri n\u00eb prag t\u00eb pushtimit italian e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.\u00a0Ajo \u00e7ka i bashkon k\u00ebto periudha jan\u00eb trajtat ballkanike t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb t\u00eb figurave publike.\u00a0Nj\u00eb nga trajtat problematike t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore ballkanike \u00ebsht\u00eb raporti i zhdrejt\u00eb q\u00eb kemi me hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dhe sasin\u00eb. M\u00eb lejoni t\u2019ju jap nj\u00eb shembull. N\u00eb fshatin tim ka mij\u00ebra hektar\u00eb tok\u00eb. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb djerr\u00eb. Ne duam sasin\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn, por pa u dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim dhe nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim atyre. Ja pse shpesh ne shqiptar\u00ebt edhe ballkanik\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi b\u00ebhemi patriot\u00eb dhe interesohemi p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb kur ikim prej saj. Ne vrasim dhe presim p\u00ebr ruajtjen e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs, por nuk i japim dometh\u00ebnie asaj.\u00a0Te ne n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka njer\u00ebz me ide, vizion dhe vullnet, por skllav\u00ebrisht t\u00eb lidhur pas ides\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, madje deri n\u00eb marr\u00ebzi dhe vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrim.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hidden-mob\" align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p>Figurat publike, ato politike e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, dallohen p\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb deri drejt vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur iden\u00eb e vizionin e tyre. Shembuj ka plot n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb t\u00eb tashme e t\u00eb kaluar. Ideja dhe vizioni nuk kan\u00eb substanc\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb pushteti.\u00a0P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi se m\u00ebnyra e t\u00eb b\u00ebrit shtet dhe e t\u00eb \u00e7uarit p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj m\u00ebnyre, n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo epoke t\u00eb jet\u00eb, p\u00ebrballet me nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb nihiliste, d.m.th. me nihilizmin, asgj\u00ebsimin e gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb pengon projektin personal.\u00a0Kjo praktik\u00eb tribalo-ballkanike me prirje totalitare po del n\u00eb pah p\u00ebr t\u00eb disat\u00ebn her\u00eb k\u00ebto vite n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.\u00a0Paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr kompromis nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb aq shum\u00eb me nj\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi aktuale se sa me nj\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi afatgjat\u00eb. Vet\u00eb etimologjia e fjal\u00ebs kompromis, me premtu s\u00eb bashku e rrjedhimit me mbajt fjal\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku, tremb aktor\u00ebt e kompromiseve.\u00a0Atyre q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri hiqen si modern\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit shtet apo n\u00eb administrat\u00eb, nuk u mungon q\u00ebllimi i mir\u00eb. Un\u00eb besoj se e kan\u00eb seriozisht. Por moderacioni dhe moderniteti n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fasad\u00eb. P\u00ebrvoja e viteve t\u00eb fundit, vet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjimet e nxjerra nga gazeta BILD, gjuha e ashp\u00ebr, her\u00eb me nota dhune t\u00eb hapur e her\u00eb e veshur me stilistik\u00eb sarkastike apo ironike, na tregojn\u00eb se n\u00ebn nj\u00eb rrogoz t\u00eb qepur bukur n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe, q\u00ebndron nj\u00eb makineri e dhunshme dhe e pa limit n\u00eb \u00e7uarjen p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb modelit kinse modern dhe t\u00eb moderuar.<\/p>\n<p>Si mund t\u00eb \u00e7ohet p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb model i moderuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs e p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr me an\u00eb t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ligjore kinse n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit ose drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, sipas rastit? Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare gjithashtu vuan nga nj\u00eblloj makiavelizmi ballkanik dhe modern. V\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb \u00e7dolloj force e mjeti, t\u00eb sproporcionuara n\u00eb krahasim me arritjen e q\u00ebllimit.\u00a0Kriza e fundit, e cila n\u00eb fakt ka nisur vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht kurthi q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb i kan\u00eb ngritur vetvetes, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij makiavelizmi ballkanik.\u00a0N\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 2013 Kisha Katolike b\u00ebri nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u tha tekstualisht: \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e njohur se n\u00eb shum\u00eb zona t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vota shitet, blihet apo rr\u00ebmbehet n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim. \u2026 shitblerja e vot\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shitblerja e liris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shtuar po ashtu se \u201cP\u00ebrve\u00e7 vot\u00ebs s\u00eb bler\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i r\u00ebnd\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vota n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim, sidomos lidhur me premtim t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs\u201d.\u00a0N\u00eb vitin 2015 n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shitblerjes s\u00eb vot\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimit me vendin e pun\u00ebs Kisha Katolike i shtoi edhe kandidimin e njer\u00ebzve me t\u00eb kaluar kriminale duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cd\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb themi se duhet t\u00eb tregohet nga forcat politike nj\u00eb vullnet i pakthyesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr dekriminalizimin e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. K\u00ebto zgjedhje vendore jan\u00eb nj\u00eb rast mjaft i volitsh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqet hapur prej forcave politike vullneti politik p\u00ebr dekriminalizim. Prandaj n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb kihet parasysh gjetja e atyre kandidat\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar kriminale dhe korruptive\u201d. Ja pse sot gjendemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb paprecedent dhe kjo p\u00ebr shkak se po na kthehen mbrapsht strategji t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara mbi parimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb \u00e7do mjeti p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar. Kjo logjik\u00eb q\u00ebndron n\u00eb themel t\u00eb s\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebs \u201caleanc\u00eb e qelb\u00ebsirave\u201d e cila po kthehet n\u00eb bumerang.<\/p>\n<p>Duke ardhur tek Evropa, p\u00ebrshtypja ime, dhe mbetet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel perceptimi, \u00ebsht\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria asaj, nga pik\u00ebpamja strategjike, i intereson vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb stabilitetit ballkanik. Mendoj se shqiptar\u00ebt shihen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb dhe interesi i kancelarive per\u00ebndimore p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ndalet aty. Ata e njohin mir\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb ballkanike. Nd\u00ebrsa interesi yn\u00eb p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn i ngjan nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebri q\u00eb troket pa pushim n\u00eb dyert e saj duke pritur q\u00eb t\u2019i hedhin nj\u00eb cop\u00eb ushqim q\u00eb her\u00eb jan\u00eb vizat, her\u00eb hyrja n\u00eb NATO e tani \u00ebsht\u00eb hapja e negociatave q\u00eb i \u00e7el rrug\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit. P\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb komod, madje shpesh i bezdissh\u00ebm, fakti q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb \u201cfqinj\u201d te dera i cili troket, por nuk ka kushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb brenda, sepse, duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb shprehje t\u00eb Dhiat\u00ebs s\u00eb re, i mungojn\u00eb veshjet e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cbanket\u201d. Si do t\u00eb dalim nga kjo situat\u00eb? V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet. Do duhet koh\u00eb.
