Ka pasur nj\u00eb heshtje t\u00eb kujdesshme k\u00ebto koh\u00eb nga ana e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb pyeteshin p\u00ebr sherrin mes Met\u00ebs dhe Ram\u00ebs, n\u00eb lidhje me zgjedhjet lokale.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr kritikave t\u00eb shpeshta q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar n\u00eb momente t\u00eb tensionuara politike, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb ata e lan\u00eb debatin mbi 30 qershorin n\u00eb \u201cduart e shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7eshtje e brendshme, zgjidheni ju!<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fraza q\u00eb u d\u00ebgjua n\u00eb kor nga ambasador\u00ebt dhe organizmat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb fol\u00ebn pasi Ilir Meta \u201c\u00e7dekretoi\u201d zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n

Tani kjo situat\u00eb e habitshme dhe e pakuptueshme ka marr\u00eb fund. Kolegji Zgjedhor vendosi t\u2019i jap\u00eb fund sag\u00ebs juridike, duke marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb pritet t\u2019i jap\u00eb form\u00eb krejt t\u00eb ndryshme debatit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebr 30 qershorit.<\/p>\n

Shumica do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim gjyq\u00ebsor mbi dat\u00ebn q\u00eb d\u00ebsh\u00ebron p\u00ebr zgjedhjet, presidenti dhe opozita do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb penges\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt pengimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, kurse t\u00eb huajt do t\u00eb disponojn\u00eb nj\u00eb akt juridik mbi t\u00eb cilin t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb arbitrin e pal\u00ebve n\u00eb or\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim.<\/p>\n

Hyrja n\u00eb loj\u00eb e Kolegjit Zgjedhor nuk do ta fashis\u00eb polemik\u00ebn politike, por i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim definitiv opinionit zyrtar juridik mbi dat\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve lokale.<\/p>\n

Ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimmarrje delikate dhe e shum\u00ebpritur, pasi edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambjent thell\u00ebsisht mosbesues dhe paragjyklues si ky i yni, kur flet gjykata t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb heshtin dhe t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb vendimin e saj.<\/p>\n

Opozita e ndjeu se Kolegji ishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje nga nj\u00eb parti aleate e PS, me q\u00ebllimin q\u00eb ta detyronte k\u00ebt\u00eb gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb shprehej formalisht mbi dat\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n

Ajo e di se pas vendimit t\u00eb Kolegjit, nuk ka m\u00eb asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb formale n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt zgjedhjeve t\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhshme.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb e di edhe Kreu i shtetit, i cili u investua n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs politike, me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb arsenalin e institucionit q\u00eb drejton, duke e ekspozuar veten si nj\u00eb kontigjent t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb sulmi t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebr zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n

Pas vendimit t\u00eb Kolegjit, zgjedhjet e 30 qershorit nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb problem juridik formal.<\/p>\n

Nyja e interpretimit ligjor t\u00eb dat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve tashm\u00eb zgjidhur. E diela e ardhshme \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb prisnim: nj\u00eb problem logjistik, nj\u00eb problem rendi e sigurie, jo nj\u00eb \u00e7eshtje gare elektorale apo konkurimi alternativash.<\/p>\n

Do t\u00eb votohet pa pranin\u00eb e nj\u00eb porcioni t\u00eb madh t\u00eb spektrit politik e ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detaj me pesh\u00eb mbi imazhin dhe rezultatin e k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve. Por m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb pal\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb k\u00ebqia se hi\u00e7 zgjedhje!<\/p>\n
