P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb konference p\u00ebr mediat, ai tha se Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor ka b\u00ebr\u00eb progres t\u00eb madh p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb 2018, nd\u00ebrsa\u00a0 nuk kurseu as kritikat dhe \u00a0sugjerimet p\u00ebr vendet e k\u00ebtij blloku.
