Por n\u00eb kontrast me rastet e tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre, kan\u00eb kaluar 22 muaj dhe koncesionin e ka mbuluar misteri q\u00eb p\u00ebrforcohet, pasi n\u00eb loj\u00eb jan\u00eb 100 milion euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7uditsh\u00ebm qeveria p\u00ebr t\u00eb dytin vit alokon mbi 8 milion euro q\u00eb t\u00eb coj\u00eb p\u00ebrpara k\u00ebt\u00eb koncension. Vjet ky fond u dogj n\u00eb kushtet e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs, cka hedh hije t\u00eb forta dyshimi p\u00ebr kundravajtje ligjore gjat\u00eb procesit apo pas shpalljes s\u00eb fituesit.<\/p>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><\/div>\n<p>Dyshimet amplifikohen edhe m\u00eb nga heshtja e qeveris\u00eb dhe e ministris\u00eb s\u00eb linj\u00ebs. Burime t\u00eb besueshme pohojn\u00eb\u00a0 se ekziston nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e fsheht\u00eb p\u00ebr shitjen e aksioneve t\u00eb paket\u00ebs koncensionare tek nj\u00eb kompani tjet\u00ebr. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat burime konfirmojn\u00eb se transaksioni financiar do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb pasi t\u00eb jet\u00eb firmosur kontrata mes bashkimit t\u00eb tre kompanive fituese, labopharma, Exalabm, laboratory solution dhe ministris\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga sa po projektohet kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin skenar si n\u00eb koncensionet e m\u00ebhershme n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsi q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndryshuar pronar pa nisur ende aktivitetin. K\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur me koncensionin, e check ap, si dhe me sh\u00ebrbimin e hemodializ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gara e hapur dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb shkaktoi reagime nga opozita dhe grupimi i punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb laborator\u00ebt aktual\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin.
