N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, dy deputet\u00ebt, Johann David Wadephul, z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetar i grupit parlamentar CDU\/CSU n\u00eb parlamentin gjerman dhe nj\u00ebherazi drejtues i grupit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, si dhe Christian Schmidt, CSU, raportuesi p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin e Jasht\u00ebm dhe ish-minist\u00ebr federal, shprehin shqet\u00ebsimin e tyre p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn e brendshme politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohen pa opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

\u201cPo e v\u00ebzhgojm\u00eb me shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh kriz\u00ebn e brendshme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen evropiane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nevojitet dialogu mes qeveris\u00eb dhe opozit\u00ebs. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb afrohen me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme p\u00ebr kompromise.<\/p>\n

Protestat e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb e pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shum\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb protesta t\u00eb jet\u00eb paq\u00ebsore. Aktet e dhun\u00ebs i d\u00ebnojm\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e vendimmar\u00ebsve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb sillen t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb dhe q\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha forcat t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen p\u00ebr ta qet\u00ebsuar gjendjen. N\u00ebse kjo nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, ekziston rreziku q\u00eb vendit t\u2019i mbyllet rruga drejt Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ne jemi edhe m\u00eb tej t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojm\u00eb p\u00ebr hapjen e nj\u00eb dialogu nd\u00ebrmjet qeveris\u00eb dhe opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer kriz\u00ebn. Por kjo mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb bisedime pa vendosur parakushte. Gjithashtu nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet asnj\u00eb tem\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Zgjedhjet pa pjes\u00ebmarrjen e opozit\u00ebs jan\u00eb problematike n\u00eb aspektin demokratik. Prandaj duhen v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb tryez\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha opsionet q\u00eb u garantojn\u00eb qytetareve dhe qytetar\u00ebve mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale. K\u00ebtu hyjn\u00eb edhe masa t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, si p\u00ebr shembull, shtyrja e dat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve lokale. Q\u00ebllimi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb kthimi pa ekuivok n\u00eb procedurat demokratike dhe respektimi i standardeve t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n
