Emil Lafe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti mbushen 220 vjet nga lindja e Naum Veqilharxhit, nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i madh i atdhetaris\u00eb dhe i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, ideues dhe nism\u00ebtar me merita t\u00eb shquara i zgjimit t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare dhe i p\u00ebrt\u00ebritjes s\u00eb tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb shkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, tashm\u00eb si arm\u00eb e nj\u00eb programi me synime t\u00eb larta.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur zhvilloi veprimtarin\u00eb e vet N. Veqilharxhi, popujt e Ballkanit kishin filluar t\u00eb ngriheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar shtetet e tyre komb\u00ebtare. Greqia sapo kishte dal\u00eb si shtet i pavarur n\u00eb aren\u00ebn evropiane. Kjo l\u00ebvizje politike qe shoq\u00ebruar me l\u00ebvizje kulturore, ku vendin e par\u00eb e zinte k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb alfabetizuar popullin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar shkrim e lexim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj dol\u00ebn edhe abetaret e para t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb Ballkanit. Por gjendja ekonomike dhe kulturore-arsimore e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebn pushtetin osman ishte e mjerueshme. Pashall\u00ebqet shqiptare (i Shkodr\u00ebs dhe i Janin\u00ebs) q\u00eb funksionuan si shtete autonome, ishin mbytur me dhun\u00eb nga Porta e Lart\u00eb. Tradita e shkrimit, e cila kishte marr\u00eb nj\u00eb hov t\u00eb ri n\u00eb shek. XVII me Budin, Bardhin e Bogdanin, si\u00e7 ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re E. \u00c7abej, p\u00ebr disa rrethana t\u00eb brendshme e t\u00eb jashtme v\u00ebrtet se nuk u nd\u00ebrpre krejt n\u00eb koh\u00ebn pas shekullit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre autor\u00ebve, po megjithat\u00eb kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb fash\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje.<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha shqipe shkruhej pak, dhe kur shkruhej, p\u00ebrdoreshin kryesisht tri alfabete sipas p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare (latin, grek dhe arab). Dukej at\u00ebher\u00eb gati si e pamundshme q\u00eb gjuha shqipe t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb alfabet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, i cili do t\u2019i bashkonte shqiptar\u00ebt dhe do t\u00eb ishte hapi i par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur te nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb letrare komb\u00ebtare e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Dihet tashm\u00eb se Naum Veqilharxhi botoi dy abetare, m\u00eb 1844 dhe 1845. E para ishte shum\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb, vet\u00ebm 8 faqe. Por shqiptar\u00ebt e prit\u00ebn ashtu si\u00e7 pret shiun e ver\u00ebs toka e zhuritur dhe e thar\u00eb nga that\u00ebsira e gjat\u00eb. Naumi u trim\u00ebrua nga kjo dhe botoi nj\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb me 50 faqe, ku pati hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur e p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtjelluar edhe disa ide t\u00eb tij n\u00eb frym\u00ebn iluministe t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb barazis\u00eb e miq\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet popujve.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja themelore frym\u00ebzuese e Naumit p\u00ebr ato abetare \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritja e vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin dhe l\u00ebvrimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga brezi i ri, krijimi i bindjes se gjuha shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb e aft\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gjuh\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs dhe e kultur\u00ebs ashtu si gjuh\u00ebt e tjera. K\u00ebt\u00eb Naumi e ka shprehur qart\u00eb. Ai e vler\u00ebsonte gjuh\u00ebn amtare si mjetin kryesor dhe t\u00eb paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkollimin dhe kulturimin e popullit. Kushti i par\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ishte q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb kishin shkronjat e veta, d.m.th. t\u00eb caktohej nj\u00eb alfabet i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe i pranuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Kjo ishte pjesa m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e pun\u00ebs. Shkronjat duhet t\u00eb nx\u00ebm\u00eb, se gjuh\u00ebn e marrim bashk\u00eb me qum\u00ebshtin e gjirit t\u00eb n\u00ebnave: \u201cdjali sa do i vog\u00ebl t\u00eb jet\u00eb, gjith\u00eb mundimn\u00eb e t\u00eb r\u00ebndit do e ket\u00eb sa t\u00eb nx\u00ebr\u00eb sh\u00ebnimet e t\u00eb foltmit, do me th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u00ebvet, pastaj gjuh\u00ebn s\u2019duhet ta mpsonj\u00eb se e ka t\u00eb lert\u00eb nga m\u00ebm\u2019eti, e \u00e7do kart\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mar\u00eb nd\u00eb dor\u00eb, e k\u00ebndon edhe e kup\u00ebton edhe kur t\u00eb arinj\u00eb mb\u00eb mpsomjet e lart\u00ebra p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mb\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ti \u00e7pejt mer p\u00ebrpara.\u201d (f. 85). Naumi i k\u00ebshillon shqiptar\u00ebt e kamur q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i lodhin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt duke i shkolluar drejt e n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja e n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb huaja, se f\u00ebmija \u201cpo t\u00eb njoh\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e ti mir\u00eb, \u00e7pejt e leh\u00ebt, mpson \u00e7do t\u00eb huaj\u201d (po aty).<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019gjendje ishte gjuha shqipe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Naumit dhe cilat ishin detyrat m\u00eb t\u00eb ngutshme e par\u00ebsore p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb me termat e sotsh\u00ebm do ta quajm\u00eb politik\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore. Diesit e let\u00ebror\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XVI, Pjet\u00ebr Budi, Frang Bardhi e Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani, ankohen me t\u00eb madhe se gjuha jon\u00eb po prishej e po bastardohej me t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb duke humbur fjal\u00ebt e veta e duke u mbushur me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb huaja prej gjuh\u00ebve fqinje. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Naumit natyrisht gjendja kishte shkuar edhe m\u00eb keq. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb turqishtja si gjuha e administrat\u00ebs osmane dhe e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme ekonomike t\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nga ana tjet\u00ebr greqishtja (p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Jugut) si gjuh\u00eb e shkollave t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr ortodoks\u00ebt, gjuh\u00eb e kish\u00ebs dhe institucioneve arsimore e kulturore shum\u00eb aktive ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, e kishin rrudhur shqipen n\u00eb disa funksione t\u00eb pakta e t\u00eb thjeshta t\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Hapi i dyt\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ishte pastrimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nga fjal\u00ebt e huaja q\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb frym\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare dhe ulin vlerat estetike t\u00eb saj. Gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr abetaren e dyt\u00eb ai v\u00ebren se gjuha shqipe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave historike e kulturore (nga shum\u00eb t\u00eb sjellat e t\u00eb kthyerat e koh\u00ebs) dhe m\u00eb fort p\u00ebr shkak se nuk ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb (edhe m\u00eb fort q\u00eb s\u2019ka pasur dritat e t\u00eb mpsuarit), ka marr\u00eb shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb e kuvise (shprehje) t\u00eb huaja. (fq. 89). Le t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se ai futi n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim i pari termin fjal\u00eb e huaj. N. Veqilharxhi u ballafaqua k\u00ebshtu me nj\u00eb problem themelor: \u00e7\u2019duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb e shprehje t\u00eb huaja? Ja p\u00ebrgjigjja e tij: e para e pun\u00ebs ishte q\u00eb si t\u00eb mund t\u00eb nxjerr fjal\u00ebt e shprehjet e huaja dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb formoj t\u00eb tjera nga brumi i gjuh\u00ebs son\u00eb; dhe me gjith\u00eb q\u00eb h\u00ebp\u00ebrh\u00eb munt t\u00eb mos tring\u00ebllojn\u00eb \u00ebmbl\u00eb mb\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuarit e vesh\u00ebve, po kam shp\u00ebres\u00eb se koha do t\u2019i \u00ebmb\u00eblsonj\u00eb (po aty). K\u00ebshtu fillon ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si lufta e rilind\u00ebsve p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, k\u00ebshtu fillon edhe neologjia e pasur dhe ende e pastudiuar mir\u00eb e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare. Ky q\u00ebndrim ndaj fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga pikat themelore n\u00eb programin gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb Rilindjes dhe N. Veqilharxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb autori i par\u00eb i atij programi.<\/p>\n<p>Hapi i tret\u00eb ishte pasurimi i fjalorit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme: a) t\u00eb mbledhura nga goja e popullit pa dallim n\u00eb vise t\u00eb ndryshme nga veriu n\u00eb jug; b) t\u00eb krijuara nga letrar\u00ebt dhe njer\u00ebzit e diturive me brumin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, n\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebri me fjal\u00ebt e gjuh\u00ebs popullore.<\/p>\n<p>Naumi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nism\u00ebtar i madh n\u00eb drejtimet e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura. Ai vet\u00eb dha shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb ndritur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb aq t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe u b\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes p\u00ebr brezin e atyre q\u00eb themeluan Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e t\u00eb Shtypurit Shkronja Shqip (Stamboll, 1879). \u00cbsht\u00eb kuptimplot\u00eb veprimi i autor\u00ebve t\u00eb \u201cAllfabetares s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs\u00eb shqip\u201d Jani Vreto, Sami Frash\u00ebri, Pashko Vasa, Koto Hoxhi (1879), cil\u00ebt vun\u00eb n\u00eb ballin\u00ebn e librit t\u00eb tyre vargjet e Naumit: Kurr\u00ebkush me m\u00ebnt t\u00eb vet\/ mos mburret\u00eb se ndi\u00e7 gjet.\/ Pa dashun\u2019 i madhi Zot,\/ flet\u00eb pema s\u2019l\u00ebshon dot. (me ndonj\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb vargjet 3 e 4). Kjo tregon se ata e njihnin dhe e \u00e7monin vepr\u00ebn dhe idet\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb Naumit. K\u00ebto ide Naumi i konkretizoi me shembuj t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb ato pak faqe t\u00eb \u201c\u00cbvetarit\u201d t\u00eb tij t\u00eb vitit 1845.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti t\u2019i marrim e t\u2019i shqyrtojm\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e huaja q\u00eb ai k\u00ebshilloi t\u00eb nxirreshin nga p\u00ebrdorimi, fjal\u00ebt q\u00eb krijoi ai vet\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, fjal\u00ebt e vjetra t\u00eb \u201cparpleqve\u201d (st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrve) q\u00eb ai deshi t\u2019i ringjallte. Por do t\u00eb ndalem te nj\u00eb shembull. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb \u00cbvetarit ai gjen rastin t\u2019u k\u00ebshilloj\u00eb lexuesve t\u00eb tij tosk\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja pishmanepsem (nga turqishtja) ose metanoi (nga greqishtja) t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebnohem (pendohem), t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e cil\u00ebson si fjal\u00eb geg\u00ebrisht (2). Kjo d\u00ebshmon se ai kishte nj\u00eb ide shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr fjalorin e gjuh\u00ebs letrare shqipe: ta vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb fjal\u00ebn jo sipas prejardhjes dialektore, por sipas vler\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn letrare; shqiptar\u00ebt e jugut m\u00eb mir\u00eb le t\u00eb marrin e t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e geg\u00ebrishtes (sado t\u00eb panjohura p\u00ebr ta), sesa t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin fjal\u00eb t\u00eb turqishtes a t\u00eb greqishtes \u2013 po k\u00ebshtu edhe anasjelltas.<\/p>\n<p>Parimet dhe idet\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore q\u00eb parashtroi Naumi n\u00eb \u00cbvetar\u00ebt e tij mund t\u00eb duken sot thjesht si fryt i nj\u00eb mendjeje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb, por kemi arsye t\u00eb besojm\u00eb se ato jan\u00eb edhe fryt i studimeve dhe i p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb Naumit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar njohurit\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e tij filologjike. Gjat\u00eb atyre nj\u00ebzet e ca vjet\u00ebve q\u00eb punoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkronjat e abetareve t\u00eb tij, Naumi u interesua t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte nga p\u00ebrvoja e atyre q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrballuar m\u00eb par\u00eb me ato probleme dhe krahas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb njihte sa m\u00eb gjer\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe ashtu si flitet n\u00eb krahina t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit nga jugu n\u00eb veri e nga lindja n\u00eb per\u00ebndim. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjuha shqipe ishte nj\u00eb dhe e pandar\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb pasuri e madhe kulturore e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Ashtu si\u00e7 thot\u00eb edhe mentori i urt\u00eb i gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare, akad. Idriz Ajeti, t\u00eb cilit sivjet i festuam 100-vjetorin, portat e fjalorit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare shqipe jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapura n\u00eb t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebt p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebt e ligj\u00ebrimeve popullore nga t\u00eb gjitha trevat ku flitet gjuha shqipe, natyrisht kur ato nuk jan\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb huaja dhe kur sjellin nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar em\u00ebrtuese ose stilistike n\u00eb sistemin leksikor t\u00eb shqipes letrare.<\/p>\n<p>Idet\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb Naumit gjet\u00ebn zbatim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb te rilind\u00ebsit dhe nd\u00ebr ta m\u00eb i merituari n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pa dyshim Naim Frash\u00ebri. P\u00ebrmendja e emrit t\u00eb tij m\u00eb sjell nd\u00ebr mend artikullin e Norbert Joklit \u201cNaim Frash\u00ebri dhe pasurimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d (3). Pun\u00ebn e Naim Frash\u00ebrit p\u00ebr pasurimin dhe pastrimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe Norbert Jokli e krahason me pun\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer l\u00ebvrues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme, kur popujt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb caktuara historike \u201cjan\u00eb zgjuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb re mendore\u201d, si p.sh. hungarez\u00ebt, \u00e7ek\u00ebt, serb\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Te puna q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebt e veta filologu hungarez F. Kazinczy e ndjek\u00ebsit e tij, filologu \u00e7ek Josef Jungmann dhe filologu serb Vuk Stefan Karaxhi\u00e7, i cili ka ndjekur po at\u00eb teori, Norbert Jokli shikon shembullin q\u00eb dha dijetari i gjithansh\u00ebm gjerman G. \u00cb. Leibniz (1646-1716) p\u00ebr gjermanishten dhe shtron hamendjen se \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e mundshme q\u00eb Naim Frash\u00ebri ta ket\u00eb njohur shkrimin e Leibniz-it \u201cUnvorgreifliche Gedanken betreffend die Aus\u00fcbung und Verbesserung der deutschen Sprache\u201d (4), shkruar rreth vitit 1697, sepse e p\u00ebrmend emrin e Lajbnicit n\u00eb \u201cIstori e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d (f. 36), n\u00eb at\u00eb vend ku b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e fjal\u00ebve shqipe (5) \u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se e krahasojm\u00eb metod\u00ebn e Naim Frash\u00ebrit p\u00ebr pasurimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe me parimet e Leibniz-it, kjo hipotez\u00eb i afrohet s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs.\u201d Jokli sqaron se Leibniz-i n\u00eb librin e vet ka parashtruar k\u00ebto mjete p\u00ebr pasurimin e fjalorit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs gjermane: a) k\u00ebrkimi dhe p\u00ebrhapja e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb qena, t\u00eb mira, por pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura e pak t\u00eb p\u00eblqyeshme; b) ringjallja e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb vjetra, por t\u00eb mbetura n\u00eb harres\u00eb (p\u00ebrkujdesja e goj\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit); c) m\u00ebnjanimi i fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, kur nuk duhen; c) formimi i fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb reja sipas rregullave t\u00eb analogjis\u00eb, m\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb kompozita e m\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb prejardhura.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb hamend\u00ebsim t\u00eb Norbert Joklit se Naim Frash\u00ebri mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb njohur parimet q\u00eb pati formuluar Leibniz-i p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn gjermane, kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta shtrojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr Naumin, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr po t\u00eb kemi parasysh se ai e njihte gjermanishten, sepse kishte studiuar p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb (6) dhe ishte njeri me kultur\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe me interesa n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e l\u00ebvrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve. Naumi kishte v\u00ebrejtur nga af\u00ebr se si filolog\u00ebt e vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit punonin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb veta, duke hedhur themelet e formave letrare komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gjuh\u00ebve.
