Autoriteti Komb\u00ebtar i Ushqimit, ne bashkepunim me Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Burgjeve me q\u00ebllim garantimin e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb ushqimit q\u00eb u sh\u00ebrbehet nje kategorie specifike konsumatori, ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb dy kontrolle zyrtare:<\/p>\n

M\u00eb dat\u00ebn 02.05.2019, trupa inspektuese e AKU Korc\u00eb ka kontrolluar nj\u00eb ngarkese mishi prej 209 kg ne nje subjekt i kontraktuar ler furnizimin e IEVP Drenove, Korce. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar u konstatua se nje pjese e ngarkeses me kete produkt ne sasine 88 kg nuk ishte e pajisur me shenjat identifikuese (vul\u00ebn) te stabilimenrit ku ishte kryer therja dhe nuk shoqerohej me dokumentacionin perkates (certifikata veterinare) sic p\u00ebrcakton legjislacioni n\u00eb fuqi.
\nNdaj subjektit p\u00ebr shkeljen e konstatuar \u201cTherje e kafsh\u00ebve n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me procedur\u00ebn e parashikuar\u201d u mor masa \u201cadministrative gjob\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 100 000 (njeqindmije) Lek, si dhe masa administartive \u201cbllokim\u201d p\u00ebr 88 kg mish vici p\u00ebr asgjesim.<\/p>\n

Trupat inspektuese te Drejtorise Ranonale te AKU Tirane kane marre mostra per kontroll zyrtar per nje parti mall (2028 lt Vaj Luledielli ne limitet e afatit te skadences) qe furnizohej nga DPRMSH per IEVP Tirane.
\nAnalizimi i mostrave te marra rezultoi me treguesit fiziko-kimik (numri i peroksideve) mbi normen e lejuar dhe si rrjedhoje kjo parti malli prej 2028 lt Vaj Luledielli eshte bllokuar ne subjekt pasi eshte pasigurte per konsum human dhe subjekti eshte detyruar te ndjeke procedurat e metejshme te agjesimit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
