Kush e ka \u00e7ar\u00eb kok\u00ebn p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb tani, ne, t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebt? \u00c7\u2019pun\u00eb kemi ne kur zgjidhim hallin ton\u00eb, n\u00ebse flaka bie t\u00eb komshiu?<\/p>\n<p>Pra me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, Kosova dhe Serbia duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebnin paqe mbi principin e ndryshimit etnik t\u00eb kufijve, pavar\u00ebsisht se marr\u00ebveshja e Dejtonit p\u00ebrfundonte n\u00eb kosh, pavar\u00ebsisht se shkp\u00ebputja e Republika Serbska e hidhte n\u00eb er\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebn, pavar\u00ebsisht se edhe kroa\u00ebt mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj, pavar\u00ebsisht se Maqdonia e Veriut mund t\u00eb vinte n\u00eb pikpyetje ekzistenc\u00ebn e m\u00ebpasshme, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, kjo filozofi sa mendje shkurt\u00ebr, po aq e zhveshur edhe nga \u00e7do vler\u00eb, mori nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb samitin e Berlinit. Po t\u00eb shikohet p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e asaj tryeze ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimplot\u00eb. Prezenca e Kroacis\u00eb dhe Sllovenis\u00eb, dy shtete q\u00eb jan\u00eb tashm\u00eb ne BE, dhe i kan\u00eb pap\u00ebrcyer sfidat e vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Perendimor, nuk qe nj\u00eb koincidenc\u00eb e pamatur me kujdes. Ato q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb qen\u00eb shprehur kund\u00ebr ides\u00eb t\u00eb rreziksme t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb kufijve.<\/p>\n<p>I menduar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb perfide nga organizator\u00ebt, qe q\u00ebndrimi i Kryetari i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs e Hercegovin\u00ebs, Denis Zvizdiq, i cili n\u00eb takimin me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura arriti t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00eb edhe ringjalljen e fantazmave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk qe i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm fakti se ai \u201cu gjend\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebt\u00ebn linj\u00eb me q\u00ebndimet e kancelares gjermane.<\/p>\n<p>Kur, Hashim Tha\u00e7i dhe m\u00eb pas Edi Rama mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn n\u00eb gushtin q\u00eb shkoi iden\u00eb e Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it p\u00ebr k\u00ebmbimin e territoreve dhe popull\u00ebsis\u00eb, Merkel zgjodhi t\u00eb shfaqet n\u00eb krah t\u00eb Zvizdiq, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur: \u201cIntegriteti territorial i vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrcaktuar dhe i papreksh\u00ebm. Kjo duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet gjithnj\u00eb, sepse ekzistojn\u00eb tendenca q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e kufijve t\u00eb hapet s\u00ebrish. Kjo nuk mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb (13 gusht 2018)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb n\u00eb Berlin, pas paralajm\u00ebrimeve p\u00ebr luft\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebri n\u00eb sy t\u00eb Emmanuel Macron, kryeministri i Bosnj\u00ebs u tregoi mediave se Presideni Serb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 ishte inatosur keq me t\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkelmit q\u00eb i dha k\u00ebsaj ideje. Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 nuk e duroi dot faktin q\u00eb un\u00eb tregova \u201cse rivizatimi i kufijve n\u00eb linja etnike n\u00eb Ballkan gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb 90-ta ka p\u00ebrfunduar me luft\u00ebra t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme\u201d i tha ai gazet\u00ebs \u201cSlobodna Bosna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e b\u00ebri liderin e fort\u00eb serb q\u00eb kur u kthye n\u00eb Beograd t\u00eb deklaronte se ideja e nisur prej tij kishte d\u00ebshtuar.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuan edhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb i vun\u00eb gjoksin asaj.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kur thuhet kjo, fjala nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak p\u00ebr dokra me patiot\u00eb e tradh\u00ebtar\u00eb si\u00e7 pretendojn\u00eb opozitat n\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e kombit. Tregoi se ashtu sikurse pranoi edhe n\u00eb fund presidenti francez, q\u00eb u afrua me q\u00ebndrimin e Merkelit, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjidhje q\u00eb c\u00ebnon pal\u00ebt e treta.
