Reagimi i plot\u00eb i Ram\u00ebs:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si rregull udheheqesit nuk i komentojne ne publik bisedat mes tyre e sidomos ato informale, aq me teper pa rene dakord paraprakisht dhe lere pastaj t\u2019i shtremberojne, duke genjyer per te dale \u201cburra te mire\u201d para popullit te tyre, si te ishin duke shitur mish ne pazar. Me vjen sinqerisht keq qe miku im Ramush, nuk e ka mesuar ende kete rregull kaq te thjeshte, megjithese normalisht ky s\u2019eshte as ndonje rregull udheheqesish ne fakt, po nje norme elementare mirekuptimi njerezor. Nuk eshte hera e pare qe e ben, po eshte hera me e gabuar dhe prandaj kete here, s\u2019e kaloj dot ne heshtje si te tjera.<\/p>\n

Askush s\u2019i ka bere Ramushit presion ne Berlin per te hequr taksen. Une jo e jo. Madje askush as i\u2019a ka kerkuar hi\u00e7 qe ta heqe taksen! Une jo e jo. Perkundrazi.<\/p>\n

Kancelarja Merkel dhe Presidenti Macron, kane nxitur nje diskutim informal ne holl mbi rifillimin e dialogut. Kam nderhyre vetem njehere, duke thene se ata duhet te hynin vete ne proces. Me tutje i kane kerkuar me shume durim dhe disa here Ramushit jo ta heqe taksen, po thjesht te jape pelqimin qe taksa te pezullohet perkohesisht, per 6 muaj apo edhe per 4 muaj qofte, duke u zotuar qe te hyjne ne procesin e dialogut Kosove-Serbi ata vete. Edhe te dy personalisht, kancelarja dhe presidenti!<\/p>\n

I kam sugjeruar Ramushit ne dy momente ta pranoje kete kerkese te tyre, sepse kam menduar dhe mendoj qe perfshirja direkte ne nivelin me te larte e Gjermanise dhe Frances, boshtit te Bashkimit Europian, u shfaq si nje mundesi e re dhe shume e favorshme per ta shtruar \u00e7eshtjen e finalizimit te dialogut, ne nivelin me te larte te mundshem.<\/p>\n

E kam mbeshtetur dhe e mbeshtes edhe sot taksen si nje \u201cklithem\u201d te Kosoves, qe ta degjoje bota dhe si te tille edhe e kam mbrojtur, kudo e me kedo. Po une di qe ajo eshte nje takse qe i eshte vene Serbise, jo nje mur qe i eshte vene Gjermanise, Frances apo SHBA, per t\u2019i ndaluar ta ndihmojne e ta mbeshtesin Kosoven, ne rrugen e perpjekjes se mundimshme historike drejt njohjes perfundimtare nga gjithe bota. Dhe kur keta aleate te medhenj dhe te pazevendesueshem dot nga askush e askurre (pa te cilet jo Ramushin, po as Kosoven dhe te drejten e saj njeqind vjet te mohuar s\u2019do ta njihte kurrekush ende sot), kerkojne thjesht pezullimin e perkohshem te takses, ne menyre qe te mund ta ndihmojne e ta mbeshtesin Kosoven drejt njohjes se saj te plote nderkombetarisht, refuzimi eshte i pakonceptueshem per mua.<\/p>\n

Shtoj ketu se me ka mbetur gozhde fakti qe miqte e medhenj, hasen ne nje refuzim te pashpjegueshem edhe kur propozuan qe perkunder pezullimit te perkohshem te takses, nese ne fund te muajve te dialogut nuk do te arrihej objektivi final i nenshkrimit te paqes, atehere do t\u2019i hapej perfundimisht rruge liberalizimit te vizave per Kosoven(!).<\/p>\n

Gjithesesi, meqe Ramushi u qa publikisht se une i paskesha bere me shume presion se sa Vu\u00e7i\u00e7i per heqjen e takses, mua s\u2019me mbetet tjeter vecse te ngushellohem me faktin qe pas samitit edhe Vu\u00e7i\u00e7i, u shpreh publikisht ndaj meje po aq i palumtur sa Ramushi.<\/p>\n

S\u2019kam dashur dhe s\u2019dua te hyj asnjehere ne polemika publike me askend ne Kosove, aq me pak me kryeministrin e Kosoves. Uroj qe te mos jem i detyruar ta bej perseri.
