K\u00ebtu kishte m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr lokale publike, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr rrug\u00eb t\u00eb gjera, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr hotele. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebto faktor\u00eb, qeveria e Lushnj\u00ebs mori vendimin m\u00eb 9 shkurt 1920, q\u00eb ta vendoste kryeqytetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb hapur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e vendosjes p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb kryeqytetit kur t\u00eb mblidhej e para asamble kushtetuese. Me miratimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Lushnj\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar, hyn\u00eb m\u00eb 11 shkurt 1920 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, fill pasi repartet e ushtris\u00eb italiane ishin larguar nga qyteti dhe vendosur n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. Banor\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs e prit\u00ebn me entuziaz\u00ebm hyrjen e organeve t\u00eb larta shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb kryeqytetin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin asambleja kushtetuese e vitit 1925 e shpalli p\u00ebrfundimisht kryeqytet t\u00eb saj. Jeta e Tiran\u00ebs si kryeqytet i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb fillon m\u00eb 11 shkurt 1920\u201d. Marr\u00eb nga\u201cHistoria e Tiran\u00ebs\u201d Prof.Kristo Frash\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 11 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1920 qeveria e dal\u00eb nga Kongresi i Lushnjes u vendos n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, duke e shpallur k\u00ebshtu zyrtarisht kryeqytet\u00a0i vendit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet historikisht ardhja e qeveris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me n\u00eb krye\u00a0Sulejman\u00a0bej Delvin\u00ebn dhe pritja iu b\u00eb asaj nga populli tiranas, t\u00eb cilit iu desh ta mbronte me gjak k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri. At\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb godin\u00ebn e cila ndodhet n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Elbasanit, u vendos qeveria shqiptare me kryeminist\u00ebr\u00a0SulejmanDelvin\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Tirana\u00a0p\u00ebr gati dy shekuj q\u00ebndroi n\u00ebn deg\u00ebn e familjes Toptani nga Kruja. Q\u00eb nga mesi i shekullit XVII-t\u00eb\u00a0Tirana\u00a0nisi t\u00eb zhvillohej dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb u nd\u00ebrtua nj\u00eb pazar i pajisur me zejtari t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb dokumentet e shkruara t\u00eb koh\u00ebs jan\u00eb fiksuar disa nga ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me planin rregullues t\u00eb kryeqytetit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm dhe godinat q\u00eb do t\u2019i rezistonin koh\u00ebs akoma dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite t\u00eb tjera.
