Ndon\u00ebse me nj\u00eb rritje m\u00eb modeste, apartamentet me 2 dhoma kushtonin rreth 540 euro, nga 520 euro q\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb. Po ashtu edhe apartamentet me sip\u00ebrfaqe m\u00eb modeste, vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb, me sip\u00ebrfaqe 60-80 metra katror\u00eb, u rrit\u00ebn n\u00eb 370 euro, nga 350 nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-adCall\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"videoad\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"pa_1x1_psbk_1556344847567\"><\/div>\n<p>Agjencit\u00eb kan\u00eb raportuar rritje t\u00eb \u00e7mimit edhe p\u00ebr vilat, ku sipas Eurostat, \u00e7mimi mesatar i qirave n\u00eb 2018-n ishte 1400 euro, nga 1350 euro. N\u00eb total, Eurostat p\u00ebrllogarit se \u00e7mimet e qirave n\u00eb raport me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb u rrit\u00ebn 6%. Zonat t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7mime jan\u00eb zona 2\/1 apo ndryshe Rruga e Elbasanit, zona 2\/2, zona 5\/1 (ku p\u00ebrfshihet edhe Blloku), zona 5\/2, zona 7\/1, 7\/2, 10\/3, Selit\u00eb, Kodra e Diellit dhe Sauk.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr vitin 2018, qirat\u00eb e sht\u00ebpive ishin m\u00eb lir\u00eb se n\u00eb kryeqytetin serb dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb boshnjak.
